Winbest Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the winbest platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in full before creating an account or using any of the services provided.

User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their accounts comply with these terms and applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are not permitted to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
Permitted Use
The winbest platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of eligible users. Users are permitted to access games, place bets, deposit and withdraw funds in MYR (RM), and use other available features within the applicable limits and conditions. Any commercial use of this platform without prior written consent from winbest is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure
Winbest reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is suspended due to fraud or a serious breach, the account balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for breach of these terms are not permitted to re-register using different information.
Account Closure by User Request
Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the winbest support team. Prior to closure, any available balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current withdrawal policy. Account closure requests are typically processed within three to seven business days once the user's identity verification has been completed.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
Deposits
All deposit transactions on the winbest platform are processed in MYR (RM). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and DuitNow QR. Deposits are typically credited to the user's account within a few minutes, though in certain cases this may take longer depending on the payment method and network conditions. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposit details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. winbest does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from one to five business days depending on the chosen method and the verification period required. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the user's account section and are subject to change without prior notice.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for all transactions made through their accounts. Any unrecognised transaction must be reported to winbest within 48 hours. winbest will investigate each report and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Winbest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds due to temporary technical disruptions, the user's internet connection failure, or actions by third parties beyond winbest's control. This platform is provided "as is" and winbest makes no guarantees regarding its continuous uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the winbest platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the property of winbest and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from winbest. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

The winbest platform may contain links or references to third-party services for the convenience of users. winbest does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users who access external links do so at their own risk and are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policy of the relevant site before providing any personal information.
